235 EDLC-HVR ENYCAP™ Capacitors
Vishay / BC Components 235 EDLC-HVR ENYCAP™ Capacitors are ruggedized electrical double-layer energy storage capacitors with up to 3V operating voltage. These polarized energy storage capacitors with high capacity and energy density offer rapid charge and discharge. The 235 EDLC-HVR ENYCAP capacitors feature 5F to 60F rated capacitance range and operate within a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The maintenance-free, RoHS-compliant capacitors come with various markings that include rated capacitance (in F), rated voltage (in V), date code, and negative terminal identification. Typical applications include storage devices for energy harvesting, power backup, burst power support, and energy recovery.

For more than 30 years Vishay Vitramon has supported the automotive industry with robust, highly reliable MLCCs that have made it a leader in this segment. All Vishay Vitramon MLCCs are manufactured in “Precious Metal Technology” (PMT / NME) and a wet build process. They are qualified according to AEC-Q200 with PPAP available on request. Applications for these devices include automotive “under the hood”, safety and comfort electronics. Their termination finish is 100 % matte tin plate finish. A polymer (flexible) termination with 100 % matte tin plate finish is offered for boardflex sensitive applications.
