These capacitors are available in body sizes from 1206 to 2225, with C0G (NP0) and X7R dielectric options with optional polymer terminations for enhanced reliability. The VJ-W1HV capacitors support voltage ratings up to 3000Vdc and operate within a temperature range from -55°C to +125°C.
