Vishay SMDY1 Automotive Series Safety Capacitors

Vishay / BC Components SMDY1 Automotive Series Safety Capacitors are surface-mount ceramic disc capacitors that meet IEC 60384-14 standards and are AEC-Q200 qualified. These safety capacitors provide a capacitance range from 470pF to 4700pF, a maximum voltage of 760Vac, and an insulation resistance of ≥10000MΩ. Typical applications include line-to-line and line-to-ground filtering, primary and secondary coupling in SMPS, and EMI/RFI suppression for industrial and consumer systems.
