NTHS Thermistors use a ceramic based technology and are available in four standard surface mount case sizes (0402, 0603, 0805, and 1206). NTHS Thermistors offer accurate temperature measurements over a wide temperature range from -40°C to +150°C. NTHS components are available in multiple resistance value (R25) and curve (B25/85) combinations for design flexibility across differing applications. NTHS Thermistors have found wide applications across many different market segments including automotive, industrial, and consumer. Available in paper tape-and-reel and bulk format, NTHS Thermistors are fully compatible with high-volume, automated manufacturing processes. Both Sn100 and Sn90Pb10 wraparound terminations are available for NTHS Thermistors.
