Vishay MPM and MPMT Thin Film Resistor Networks
Vishay MPM and MPMT Thin Film Resistor Networks provide ±2ppm/°C tracking and a ratio tolerance of ±0.01%. These resistor networks are compact in size and exhibit high stability, which makes them suitable for surface-mount applications. The MPM and MPMT series come in a lead-free design and conform to the JEDEC TO-236 package, variation AB for standardization. MPM and MPMT resistor networks feature a silicon substrate for reliability and longevity and a passivated nichrome resistive element for high performance. These surface mount driver networks operate within a temperature range from -55°C to +125°C, with a resistance range from 250Ω to 100kΩ per resistor. Typical applications include filter networks, ADCs, DACs, and voltage driver circuits.
