This versa-lock connector system is configured to offer a compact, space-saving 5.0mm centerline design and utilizes tab and receptacle contacts to provide four points of contact for enhanced reliability. The versa-lock connectors are available with Terminal Position Assurance (TPA) accessories for unsealed 2x3 configurations and an optional back cover accessory for the 1x1, 1x2, and 1x3 sealed configurations.The Power Versa-Lock Connectors feature cap and plug housings that meet UL 94-V0 requirements to meet industry safety standards. These connectors also come with a mounting clip that helps reduce connector movement in high vibration applications. Typical applications include industrial equipment, automotive, smart toilet seat, and HVAC.

If you’ve ever felt the crushing devastation of your computer power cord being pulled out before saving your data, then you understand the value of a latched connector. TE Connectivity Power Versa-Lock Connectors alleviate such stress while offering low mating force and four points of contact that make unexpected disconnects a thing of the past.
The Power Versa-Lock Connectors have a maximum current rating of 15 amps, a maximum voltage rating of 600 volts AC, and are available in multiple configurations from one to six positions on a 5 millimeter centerline. Once mated, the Power Versa-Lock Connectors provide an IP67 sealed connection which allows them to work in wet and dusty environments. TPA, back covers, and mounting clips are optional, and a patented twist and lock cap offering allows moisture to drip away from the connection.
Power Versa-Lock Connectors operate from negative 30 to positive 105 degrees Celsius. They’re ideal for HVAC, home appliances, industrial equipment and many other applications.
