TAIYO YUDEN Automotive-Grade MLCCs

TAIYO YUDEN Automotive-Grade Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors (MLCCs) are AEC-Q200 qualified and offer high capacitance values up to 47 µF. These capacitors use nickel for both electrode material and plating, improving solderability and heat resistance and resulting in enhanced overall reliability. The automotive-grade MLCCs support an operating temperature range from -55°C to +125°C and a maximum rated voltage of 100Vdc. Typical applications include automotive, communication infrastructure, industrial, and telecommunications.
