Omron is expanding the product line-up of its MOSFET Relays under the G3VM product family through the introduction of new S-VSON world's smallest class, high current and low on-resistance MOSFET relay.
The New S-VSON is designed for handling a load voltage of 30V and continuous load current of 1.5A, with superior Dielectric Strength of 500V/min between input and output and ambient temperature of -40 to 110 deg C; all on its 4 pin Super-Very Small Outline Non-leaded package.
