Molex Mini-Fit Sigma Connectors provide a compact, space-saving profile that mates with standard Mini-Fit headers. These connectors offer Glow Wire compatibility to meet stringent European electrical standards and operate reliably up to +125°C. The Mini-Fit sigma connectors are available in board-to-board, wire-to-board, and wire-to-wire configurations that provide design flexibility. These connectors utilize traditional Mini-Fit TPA2 terminals and have a maximum voltage and current of 600V and 20.5A, respectively. Typical applications include commercial vehicles, home appliances, consumer electronics, and industrial automation.

Personal protective equipment, or PPE, comes in a lot of forms, from simple gloves and facemasks to the full hazmat suit. It just depends on what you’re trying to keep out. For connectors, it’s a bit easier. Molex Mini-Fit Sigma Sealed Power Connectors protect against water, foam, and dust debris, keeping your power connections safe in whatever vehicle, appliance, or industrial machinery you put it on.
The connectors consist of a rubber cap that mounts to the back of the housing and is tested to IP54 requirements. The housings accept standard Mini-Fit TPA2 terminals, have supports for optional TPA inserts to keep terminals securely seated, and they have panel mount ears to keep the connector stable when mounted to a panel. Mini-Fit Sigma Sealed Power Connectors are keyed and polarized to mate with standard Mini-Fit 3.0 Power Connectors. They’re available with up to 14 circuits on a 4.20mm pitch and can carry up to 13A per circuit.
