The KK® family of connectors can be designed into a variety of power and signal applications. Available in industry standard 2.54 mm and 3.96mm pitch sizes, this single row wire-to-board and board-to-board family is both and cost effective and versatile. The dual-cantilever terminal offers a cost effective solution for both power and signal applications in both pitch sizes and offers a low insertion force while mating to male header pins.
Reflow Process Compatible (RPC) headers are available in both signal and power applications and can handle solder temperatures up to 260°C. Signal application KK 254 connectors are ideal for use in industries such as automotive, medical and consumer, delivering up to 5.0A and 250V per circuit in a 2.54mm centerline pitch. Power application KK 396 connectors deliver 13.0A and 600V per circuit and are ideal for low- to mid-power wire-to-board and board-to-board applications. MarKK, Molex's next-generation KK® terminal, utilizes a spring-box design for enhanced reliability across an extended temperature range.
