The 501 series is a ceramic base 1206 size high current rating surface mount fuse which is capable of handling high operating current (10A and above) and is designed to provide over-current protection to circuits that experience high working ambient temperature up to 150ºC and high current short circuit conditions.
The 501 series is designed for over-current protection on high operating current (DC) circuits. The design ensures excellent temperature stability and performance reliability in high operating temperature environments. It has low internal resistance which means power loss will be minimal and the application’s efficiency will be maximized. Also it has an exceptionally high interrupting rating (150A@24VDC) which ensures the circuit is well protected under very high current short circuit conditions.
