Littelfuse SLD8S Series TVS Diodes
Littelfuse SLD8S Series TVS Diodes are designed to defend sensitive electronics against lightning-induced surges and voltage spikes from inductive load switching. The SLD8S TVS diodes prevent data corruption and hardware damage by protecting data lines from ESD and surges. These TVS diodes feature an operating temperature range from -55°C to +175°C and a power dissipation of 8W. General applications include automotive electronics, consumer electronics, data line protection, industrial control systems, power supply protection, and telecommunications equipment.
