The SP3012 Series of TVS Diode Arrays offers an extremely low loading of capacitance of only 0.5pF while providing robust ESD protection of ±12kV (contact discharge) exceeding the maximum level specified in the IEC61000-4-2 international standard. Having an ultra-low capacitance and market-leading clamping performance due to a 0.4 ohm dynamic resistance, the SP3012 Series is better suited to protect sensitive ICs used in high-speed applications such as USB3.0. In addition, the small µDFN-10 package (2.5 x 1.0 x 0.5mm) allows for a flow through design which simplifies board layout.
