KEMET FE-CAP Fail-Safe Floating Electrode MLCCs
KEMET FE-CAP Fail-Safe Floating Electrode MLCCs use a floating electrode multilayer ceramic capacitor structure. These capacitors provide a fail open response to mechanical cracking, which can reduce capacitance. The FE-CAP capacitors feature an operating temperature range from -55°C to +125°C and a capacitance range from 150pF to 0.22μF. Typical applications include power input and power output filtering, battery line circuits, power buses, and medical and industrial equipment.
