This improvement enhances flexibility of use of the sensor in the application, and broadens Honeywell’s ability to compete on new opportunities versus next best alternatives. Additionally, Honeywell HumidIcon™ Digital Humidity/Temperature sensors can be custom calibrated to support specific application performance ranges needed for occupancy comfort, process control, and storage requirements. An example of this is grain bin management humidity and temperature monitoring where an enhanced level of accuracy and tight sensor interchangeability characteristics over a critical operating temperature range are necessary to help keep the grain condition at optimal levels.
