EATON TVS Diode ESD Suppressors
EATON TVS Diode Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) Suppressors come in various standard sizes, can handle up to 30kV of ESD according to IEC 61000-4-2, and can manage 5000W of peak power on an 8/20µs waveform. These ESD suppressors support operating voltages from 3.3V to 70V and offer capacitance values as low as 0.07pF. The TVS diode ESD suppressors respond within nanoseconds and feature low clamping voltages to minimize stress on protected components.
