About The Role

Develop and maintain assigned strategic account customer relationships, utilizing TTI’s products and services to maximize sales, gross profit, and return on investment/assets. Develop the corporate strategy for the strategic accounts and work closely with the global regions and sales branches to position TTI as the preferred supplier.

Responsibilities

  • Work on Strategic Customers in Asia, to implement the business aligned with TTI and develop New Business
  • Prepare and achieve the agreed budget for Strategic Customers in Asia
  • Work with suppliers to support Strategic Customer
  • Develop and maintain assigned Strategic Customers relationships in Asia
  • Identify trends and potential concerns with Strategic Customers to provide quick resolution and proactive customer service
  • Maintain market awareness on competitor activities, industry trends and new concepts to increase sales and account growth
  • Develop business strategies for assigned customers and work closely with the global regions and sales branches to position TTI as the preferred supplier
  • Responsible for initiating, expanding and renewing product pricing agreements and achievement of incremental profitability and prepare and achieve the agreed budget for Strategic Customers in Asia.

Requirements

  • University degree in Engineering, Marketing Management or equivalent
  • At least 5 to 7 years of experience in electronics distribution or related field, preferably with Strategic Customers. It is an additional advantage to have experience on passive components;
  • Competencies include: Relationship Management, Driving for Results, Interpersonal Communication, Negotiation, Business Acumen
  • Ability to write and present information to internal and external audiences
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work independently.
  • Extensive knowledge of product marketing, purchasing, operations and systems for the distribution industry.
