About The Role
As a Sales Engineer / Account Manager, you’ll be at the intersection of technology and customer relationships. You’ll work closely with our clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure they get the most out of our offerings. Whether you’re identifying new opportunities or supporting existing accounts, your work will directly shape our growth and customer success.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the direct sales on existing and new accounts
- Identify business opportunities to maintain sales levels and develop new business
- Work collaboratively with internal and external resources to generate sales results
- Maintain quality relationships with customers by resolving problems and complaints, and working closely with Inside Sales to ensure satisfaction
- Forecast for customers, competitors, and market movements to adjust sales budgets and targets
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or Degree which preferred in Electrical/Electronic/Engineering subjects;
- Minimum 3 years sales experience in electronics components field and with technical knowledge will be an advantage but not a must (Preferably in mobile phone components, passive components and interconnect products);
- Good command in spoken and written in English and Mandarin;
- Able to work under pressure and independently with minimum supervision and meeting deadlines;
- Mature disposition, positive attitude, and self-motivated;
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
