Contract Administrator 

About The Role

The Contract Administrator prepares the scope of work, specifications, and conditions for new contracts; prepares contracts; leads negotiation strategies; and awards new contracts.

Responsibilities:

• Support on reviewing contracts and verifying accuracy with company rules and guidelines
• Assist to obtain contract-related information from relevant parties
• Maintain digital and hard copies of relevant documentation
• Other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements: 

• Higher Diploma or above, with 1 year of working experience in handling clerical duties preferred
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin is a must
• Well-organized and self-motivated
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
