About The Role
The Contract Administrator prepares the scope of work, specifications, and conditions for new contracts; prepares contracts; leads negotiation strategies; and awards new contracts.
Responsibilities:
- Support on reviewing contracts and verifying accuracy with company rules and guidelines
- Assist to obtain contract-related information from relevant parties
- Maintain digital and hard copies of relevant documentation
- Other ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above, with 1 year of working experience in handling clerical duties preferred
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin is a must
- Well-organized and self-motivated
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
