YAGEO AC Automotive Grade MLCCs are AEC-Q200 qualified and maintain reliability across various temperatures and humidity and ensure long-lasting performance. These Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors (MLCCs) feature a rectangular ceramic dielectric block with interleaved metal electrodes. The inner electrodes of the AC series are linked to two end-terminations that are coated with a layer of tin. These automotive grade MLCCs come with a capacitance range from 0.2pF to 680nF and a voltage range from 6.3V to 2kV. Typical applications include lighting control, cellular modules, and PLC controllers.
