Vishay T51 vPolyTan Polymer Chip Capacitors offer ultra-low Equivalent Series Resistance (ESR) in 3528-21, 7343-20, and 7343-31 molded cases of EIA size. The T51 vPolyTan polymer chip capacitors are 100% surge current tested and are AEC-Q200 qualified. T51 vPolyTan polymer chip capacitors can operate at a temperature ranging from -55°C to +125°C with a capacitance tolerance of ±20%. These polymer chip capacitors offer a voltage rating ranging from 2.5V DC to 35V DC. Typical applications include decoupling, smoothing, filtering, automotive, switch mode, and point of load power supply.
