Phoenix Contact VARIOFACE Professional

VARIOFACE Professional is a new family of Field Termination Assemblies (FTA's) from Phoenix Contact that provide a simple interface from field devices that commonly utilize discrete wires to system controllers that are often equipped with some type of high-density connection; like a D-Sub header. Three variations are currently available: D-Sub, Ribbon Cable, and a Power Distribution version. VARIOFACE Professional FTA's utilize a patented slice design that minimizes the overall size, while increasing the module’s durability. The unique design also integrates a channel that permits push-in markers to be used, resulting in flexible marking options. To simplify field wire termination, field I/O marking is easily accessible on the screw connection surface. Finally, all VARIOFACE Professional FTA’s feature a metal DIN-Rail mounting foot that moves along the length of the product for easy installation and removal.
