Murata Accelerometer Sensors
Murata Accelerometer Sensors use MEMS technology to measure acceleration across multiple axes for motion and inclination detection. These sensors provide selectable measurement ranges, high bias stability, low noise levels, and integrated self-diagnostics for reliable operation. The accelerometer sensors feature an operating temperature range from −40°C to +125°C and a supply voltage from 3V to 3.6V. Typical applications include angle measurement, tilt compensation, navigation systems, inertial measurement units, and motion control systems.
