KEMET T498 and T499 SMD Tantalum Capacitors
KEMET T498 and T499 SMD Tantalum Capacitors meet and exceed EIA standard 535BAAC and are AEC-Q200 compliant. These devices have a laser marked case and are RoHS compliant. The T498 capacitors feature an operating temperature range from -55°C to +150°C and a rated voltage range from 4V to 50V. These T499 capacitors come with an operating temperature range from -55°C to +175°C and a rated voltage range from 6V to 50V. Typical applications include decoupling and filtering in industrial and automotive end systems.
