KEMET Industrial High Temperature +200°C C0G MLCCs

KEMET Industrial High Temperature +200°C C0G MLCCs use a C0G dielectric system that provides stable capacitance, high insulation resistance, and low ESR and ESL across a wide operating temperature range. These capacitors maintain capacitance over time, temperature, and applied DC voltage while supporting high ripple current and non-polar operation. The high temperature C0G MLCCs feature DC voltage ratings of 10V, 16V, 25V, 50V, 100V, and 200V and a capacitance range from 0.5pF to 470nF. Typical applications include critical timing, tuning, filtering, decoupling, bypass, pulse, blocking, transient voltage suppression, and energy storage systems.
