KEMET HiQ CBR RF and Microwave MLCCs
KEMET HiQ CBR RF and Microwave MLCCs are available in commercial and automotive grades with low ESR values. These devices have high thermal stability and are Pb-free, RoHS, and REACH compliant. The HiQ CBR MLCCs feature an operating temperature range from -55°C to +125°C and a frequency range from 1MHz to 50GHz. Typical applications include bypass, coupling, filtering, impedance matching, and DC blocking.
