Honeywell SS360X and SS460X Digital Hall-Effect Sensor ICs
Honeywell SS360X and SS460X Digital Hall-Effect Sensor ICs are compact and highly sensitive devices engineered to operate in the presence of magnetic fields generated by permanent magnets or electromagnets. These Hall-effect sensors are available in SOT-23 and flat TO-92-style packages, with straight or formed lead options. The Hall-effect sensors offer a wide operating voltage range of 3Vdc to 24Vdc with a maximum supply current of 8mA. These sensors operate within a temperature range from -40°C to +150°C and can be used in tachometers, counter pickup, brushless DC motor commutation, electronic window lifts, vehicle convertible roof position, and robotics control.
