Honeywell Omnipolar Digital Hall-effect Sensor ICs
Honeywell Omnipolar Digital Hall-effect Sensor Integrated Circuits (ICs) are small sensors that detect magnetic fields from either a north or south pole for easy installation. These sensors are available in the SS351AT, SS451A, and SS551AT series, with a typical operating point of 85G at 25°C and meet RoHS requirements. The Omnipolar sensor ICs come with a temperature range from -40°C to +150°C and support a minimum supply voltage of 3Vdc. Typical applications include motion control, proximity sensing, flow-rate sensing, and robotic control.
