This past week I attended the Electronica trade show in Munich.

To quote show management:

In the year of its 50th birthday, Electronica has achieved an outstanding result: more than 73,000 visitors from over 80 countries and 2,737 exhibitors from 50 countries celebrated the anniversary of the world's largest event for the electronics industry. Once again, the number of international visitors has increased – from 47 to 50 percent. As revealed during the four days of the trade fair, the future is connected – from wearables and cars to entire towns and cities.

The show was indeed busy. I have been attending Electronica and Productronica on alternate years since 1975. This year was one of the best shows with many visitors and an upbeat mood.

Thanks to the ZVEI trade organization I was able to speak all four days of the show. Attached are the presentation charts.

Contact me with any questions. The chart data are available if you wish to compare your company’s sales to the various charts.
